On the first night, we gave our kids (ages 12 months and 3) the recommend dosage to see how they would react. Within 35 mins they were out and our son slept through the night. Our 3-year old has been fighting sleep for a few months now. I picked up these drops because it was one of the only sleep remedies for kids I could find that didn’t have melatonin or other bad stuff in it. We give this to her when she is extra wound up or over-tired and she gets sleepy and actually sleeps! She has cried a couple times but she is staying in her bed, no longer waking up 10 times a night and ending up in our bed.

Wow!!! This works! My son is two and three months. He's not a good sleeper at all. He gets off track super easily if anything changes in his routine whatsoever. It's always a surprise when he'll fall asleep. He's never that child that sleeps through the night or even for twelve hours. I wish. I tried this one night, and he was out within the hour and at first I thought it was just luck. But I tried it several more times (and he’s been loving the taste too!) and every time my son gets sleepy, goes to sleep, and stays asleep. Super impressed!
